Teams Will be notified within 5 days after their entry fee was received, whether or not their entry was accepted.
Teams will be selected based on location and other factors as determined by tournament staff.

IMPORTANT POLICY INFORMATION
    Read the following information and check each box to indicate your agreement. Your registration will not be accepted if the boxes are not checked. Submit both pages with your registration.
  1. The entrance fee must accompany the certificate of registration. The certificate of registration must be postmarked and sent to the Galaxy of Stars Events office on or before September 15, 2012 to guarantee consideration. All late applications will be placed on a wait list for review. Upon acceptance, the fee is non-refundable. If your team is accepted and later withdraws the non-refundable entry fee, sanctions will be placed against your team/club for future participation in Galaxy of Stars Events. Make check or money order payable to Galaxy of Stars Events, Inc. All applications will be online and no faxed applications will be accepted. In order for the Tournament Committee to evaluate your application, it is imperative that each team submits correct/complete information. If necessary, league administrators will be contacted for verification of stated information. Notification of Acceptance will be via e-mail. Verbal acceptance will not be granted. Please note that if a club enters multiple applications for its member teams, each team will be evaluated individually and the tournament committee will make a decision on a per team basis and NOT a club basis.
       
  2. There are no early or guarantees of acceptance. All decisions made by the Tournament Committee are final. No exceptions will be made for late or missed applications, or missing information. By checking this box the applicant is verifying that they are aware of all the tournament rules, acceptance procedures, and time lines. They are also validating their knowledge that if their team is not accepted, only a physical mistake by the tournament committee is grounds for change. (i.e. misplaced application, lost check, etc.) No e-mail or phone call will delay or influence the tournament committee’s decisions. Also, teams will not be added after the final schedule is released.
       
 

3. To insure the quality of service provided at our tournaments, Galaxy of Stars Events has appointed Showcase, LLC our official Hospitality Service of the tournament. All teams must book any hotel reservations through Showcase, LLC to insure their place in the East Coast College Showcase. Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance or liable for an additional fee. It is mandatory that all out of town teams book rooms through the hotel cordinator. (Out of town guests will be considered from a 60 mile radius.) Failure to book rooms with the hotel cordinator will result in a $25.00 per player penalty not to exceed $350.00

As in accordance with rule #12 of Tournament Rules, it is mandatory that all teams book their hotel rooms through our hotel cordinator, Susan or Barbara. Failure to comply with rule #13 will result in a penalty of $25.00 per player, not to exceed $350.00.

Susan and Barbara who have handled our hotel arrangements for 9 years also handle all of the teams' hotel needs, all of the college coach hotel needs and manages the inventory of all of our hotels.
